Golden Kiwi



Golden Kiwi - I tried the 1st mouth and Mom thought I didnt like it.. She was just thinking -- oh shit, rascal, u gonna waste Mommy's money again..

But I like it since it is not as sour as the green kiwi. Golden Kiwi are slightly more expensive than the green ones and sweeter. Thats also the reason why Mom decides to get Yellow Kiwi instead. The other day, she ate some green ones and find them extremely sour.

Mom cut it into small slices for me and I even eat the flash with seeds as well. She would want me to have a variety of fruits everyday so that I will have a better "bowel system". Especially so since I tend to eat so much foods; fruits will aid in my digestion as well. Uhmmmm, whats next Mom? Looking forward to the next delicious fruit.

Mei Mei can walk!!! At 16 months exactly! And so, we captured this beautiful snapshot of her, standing by our door. The old generation was saying, little babies should start to walk at the age of 12-13 month. If it passes, the next lucky month will be 16th month. Well, whether it's plain coincidence or really the truth, Mei did start walking at the age of 16 months. Not stable yet of course, but it's a good start! Somehow, we just feel that Mei Mei has grown up by this picture. She has grown from a tiny pea to now, looks like a fine young lady to us, whom knows how throw tantrums, babbles to herself & giggles very loudly.

Dermoid Cyst

Mei Mei had went for her appointment on her Dermoid Cyst; at her right eyebrow area. It is pretty obvious as she grows older. The Doctor finally decided to operate on her after Mom & Dad insisted. Honestly, they didnt have a very good impression on the KKH Doctors afterall since Mei Mei's hospitalisation. During the 1st appointment on the dermoid cyst, the doctor was still okay. He explained everything in great details to my 2 old folks...and waited patiently for the 2nd appointment which was supposed to be due in 2 months time. But because the cyst seems to get larger, we had brought forward the appointment date & insisted something to be done straightaway. He only sent Mei Mei for some ultra-scan; which turned out to be fine, PHEW!!! 2nd Doctor SUCKS, I would say! Yes, still at KKH we are talking about.
