Mei Mei exploring in cot

Mei Mei likes to explore things in her own cot & even playpen. She is not as dependent as before. Of course when Mom is at home, she needs to be around, within Mei Mei's sight at least, then Mei Mei can rest her mind to play by herself in the playpen or cot. Her favorite is removing the tape of the wet tissues and taking them all out.. Then u will see the cot full of wet ones, and the items all in a mess. Current maid didn't really bother to tidy up the cot. But this maid is definitely more attentive & caring towards Mei Mei.

Mei Mei can walk!!! At 16 months exactly! And so, we captured this beautiful snapshot of her, standing by our door. The old generation was saying, little babies should start to walk at the age of 12-13 month. If it passes, the next lucky month will be 16th month. Well, whether it's plain coincidence or really the truth, Mei did start walking at the age of 16 months. Not stable yet of course, but it's a good start! Somehow, we just feel that Mei Mei has grown up by this picture. She has grown from a tiny pea to now, looks like a fine young lady to us, whom knows how throw tantrums, babbles to herself & giggles very loudly.

Dermoid Cyst

Mei Mei had went for her appointment on her Dermoid Cyst; at her right eyebrow area. It is pretty obvious as she grows older. The Doctor finally decided to operate on her after Mom & Dad insisted. Honestly, they didnt have a very good impression on the KKH Doctors afterall since Mei Mei's hospitalisation. During the 1st appointment on the dermoid cyst, the doctor was still okay. He explained everything in great details to my 2 old folks...and waited patiently for the 2nd appointment which was supposed to be due in 2 months time. But because the cyst seems to get larger, we had brought forward the appointment date & insisted something to be done straightaway. He only sent Mei Mei for some ultra-scan; which turned out to be fine, PHEW!!! 2nd Doctor SUCKS, I would say! Yes, still at KKH we are talking about. My Swollen Ear

Again, I got bitten by an irritating moZzie again. Oh I hate all mosquitos! If only I have an extinguisher, I will not hesitate to fumigate my whole house... Err, including Por Por house... Actually Por Por house more Mosquitos... This time this swollen ear - really made me edgy as well. No choice but to apply antibiotic cream for bites... Following day to apply Aloe Vera gel again. It is really good, at least took away the itchiness...
