Do my own laundry



As I had seen both Mommy and my maid do the laundry before; I began to imitate them. I took my own basket of clothes, some pegs and a short bamboo stick; started to hang my own clothes one by one with pegs. This scene is really cute...

Toddlers are "busybody" by nature, and most like to act like adults.. hahahaa, Im one of them though, imitate the way Mom scolds me sometimes too. My choice of words, vocabulary usually sounds like Mom. Mom is fierce I would say but most of the times, she is soft-hearted to me. Again, thats not too good as I love to take advantage of Mommy only. Strange is, I will not take advantage of Daddy or Por-por because I know whom I can bully and yet loves me the most in this world.

Mei Mei can walk!!! At 16 months exactly! And so, we captured this beautiful snapshot of her, standing by our door. The old generation was saying, little babies should start to walk at the age of 12-13 month. If it passes, the next lucky month will be 16th month. Well, whether it's plain coincidence or really the truth, Mei did start walking at the age of 16 months. Not stable yet of course, but it's a good start! Somehow, we just feel that Mei Mei has grown up by this picture. She has grown from a tiny pea to now, looks like a fine young lady to us, whom knows how throw tantrums, babbles to herself & giggles very loudly.

Dermoid Cyst

Mei Mei had went for her appointment on her Dermoid Cyst; at her right eyebrow area. It is pretty obvious as she grows older. The Doctor finally decided to operate on her after Mom & Dad insisted. Honestly, they didnt have a very good impression on the KKH Doctors afterall since Mei Mei's hospitalisation. During the 1st appointment on the dermoid cyst, the doctor was still okay. He explained everything in great details to my 2 old folks...and waited patiently for the 2nd appointment which was supposed to be due in 2 months time. But because the cyst seems to get larger, we had brought forward the appointment date & insisted something to be done straightaway. He only sent Mei Mei for some ultra-scan; which turned out to be fine, PHEW!!! 2nd Doctor SUCKS, I would say! Yes, still at KKH we are talking about.
