Belated Father's Day!

Yes, we supposed to have it last weekend but dad had work to do and... both of them dun fancy crowded places.. so we postponed to-date for a good day outing! Anyway, we started the day with cycling at East Coast park early in the morning after breakfast. Hot weather though! Well, Mom does not know how to cycle.. (sad to say), so we have to depend on Dad to give us a "ride".



We then proceed for a sumptuous meal (buffet lunch) at Traders Hotel Singapore by Shangri-la - Cafebiz. Yea, its a cozy place I would say. These are my lunch spread... Mom did not have much time to snap more nice foods as she was busying feeding me and, herself as well.





Mom mixed in the Red Snapper into my congee for my main course. Cod fish was a side dish.
Bread & Butter Pudding wz Vanillas Sauce is Mom's favorite. But over here, it is Bread & Almond Pudding.. Wow, Mom loves it. Honeydew became my fruit of the day since Papaya is not included in the fruit platter..

Mei Mei can walk!

Mei Mei can walk!!! At 16 months exactly! And so, we captured this beautiful snapshot of her, standing by our door. The old generation was saying, little babies should start to walk at the age of 12-13 month. If it passes, the next lucky month will be 16th month. Well, whether it's plain coincidence or really the truth, Mei did start walking at the age of 16 months. Not stable yet of course, but it's a good start! Somehow, we just feel that Mei Mei has grown up by this picture. She has grown from a tiny pea to now, looks like a fine young lady to us, whom knows how throw tantrums, babbles to herself & giggles very loudly.

Dermoid Cyst

Mei Mei had went for her appointment on her Dermoid Cyst; at her right eyebrow area. It is pretty obvious as she grows older. The Doctor finally decided to operate on her after Mom & Dad insisted. Honestly, they didnt have a very good impression on the KKH Doctors afterall since Mei Mei's hospitalisation. During the 1st appointment on the dermoid cyst, the doctor was still okay. He explained everything in great details to my 2 old folks...and waited patiently for the 2nd appointment which was supposed to be due in 2 months time. But because the cyst seems to get larger, we had brought forward the appointment date & insisted something to be done straightaway. He only sent Mei Mei for some ultra-scan; which turned out to be fine, PHEW!!! 2nd Doctor SUCKS, I would say! Yes, still at KKH we are talking about.
