Dozing Off


Not only its cute to watch babies sleep, its even hilarious just by looking at how they dozed off.
During "my-time", Mom didn't have such 'appreciation' before since she was a 1st-time Mom at then, didn't really sit down and enjoy the actual 12 weeks (It was 12 weeks when I was born in the year 2007) of maternity leave. Now that Mom has a total of 16 weeks maternity leave plus another extension of 2 weeks unpaid leave, she had instructed herself to make full use & enjoy to the fullest as possible. When back to workforce, all the stress will start to build up from scratch for her... 

Come to think of it, she's contemplating to change job...

Enjoy the long-winded boring video but.... u will notice a part where Meimei starts to smile in her sleep. In fact, she loves to smile & cry in her sleep. At times, she even "made sounds" to laugh in her sleep.

Mei Mei can walk!!! At 16 months exactly! And so, we captured this beautiful snapshot of her, standing by our door. The old generation was saying, little babies should start to walk at the age of 12-13 month. If it passes, the next lucky month will be 16th month. Well, whether it's plain coincidence or really the truth, Mei did start walking at the age of 16 months. Not stable yet of course, but it's a good start! Somehow, we just feel that Mei Mei has grown up by this picture. She has grown from a tiny pea to now, looks like a fine young lady to us, whom knows how throw tantrums, babbles to herself & giggles very loudly.

Dermoid Cyst

Mei Mei had went for her appointment on her Dermoid Cyst; at her right eyebrow area. It is pretty obvious as she grows older. The Doctor finally decided to operate on her after Mom & Dad insisted. Honestly, they didnt have a very good impression on the KKH Doctors afterall since Mei Mei's hospitalisation. During the 1st appointment on the dermoid cyst, the doctor was still okay. He explained everything in great details to my 2 old folks...and waited patiently for the 2nd appointment which was supposed to be due in 2 months time. But because the cyst seems to get larger, we had brought forward the appointment date & insisted something to be done straightaway. He only sent Mei Mei for some ultra-scan; which turned out to be fine, PHEW!!! 2nd Doctor SUCKS, I would say! Yes, still at KKH we are talking about.
