Pimple & Bite



I had a mosquito bite on my nose... and some pimple on my face.. Urghh... Mom had specifically instructed the maid not to caress my face.. But dunno what went wrong... This maid, not as good as my Aunty Ani... Anyway, it pains Mom when she sees such red dot on my face.. Hygiene is really important for all babies but since Mom has no choice but to leave me with a maid, she just have to make do with it and have the best out of it. In no time, she can rest her mind.. Much better, I would say; though not 100% since childcare days gonna start soon.


Speaking of mosquitoes; reminds Mom of 1 fateful incident in the recent morning when my maid sprayed insecticide EARLY in the morning when she woke up. Mom told her off without hesitation. As I love to play in the kitchen during the day, it will be dangerous for me to touch the affected (sprayed) area with my tiny fingers.. and to think I tend to put my fingers in my mouth during this teething period. Urgh! So since its so difficult for her to comprehend despite several explanations on others; Mom told her, NO INSECTICIDES in THE HOUSE. Unless specifically instructed by Mommy herself; which can only occur in the night.

Dermoid Cyst

Mei Mei had went for her appointment on her Dermoid Cyst; at her right eyebrow area. It is pretty obvious as she grows older. The Doctor finally decided to operate on her after Mom & Dad insisted. Honestly, they didnt have a very good impression on the KKH Doctors afterall since Mei Mei's hospitalisation. During the 1st appointment on the dermoid cyst, the doctor was still okay. He explained everything in great details to my 2 old folks...and waited patiently for the 2nd appointment which was supposed to be due in 2 months time. But because the cyst seems to get larger, we had brought forward the appointment date & insisted something to be done straightaway. He only sent Mei Mei for some ultra-scan; which turned out to be fine, PHEW!!! 2nd Doctor SUCKS, I would say! Yes, still at KKH we are talking about. DIY ~ wear pants

I attempted to wear my own pants... mission failed twice. Well errrm, I did succeeded once few days ago but Mom didn't have a glimpse of how I did it. Actually, I had been trying to do alot of things on my own. Mom had some article on being over-protective over babies/toddlers which will eventually lead to dependence on parents... So, kids have to get up from a fall by themslves, then they will know they should not "race" when they're not allowed to. They will learn from mistakes.. Momwill had adopted this idea.
