Last shave




Today I had my last shave - 1st after my full month and 2nd after my 1st year. This 3rd will be my last shave before Xmas 2008. Hope to have fuller & neater hair though. Mom has to put in extra efforts to brush my hair. Anyway, during the haircut, both Mom & Dad had a tough time. I guess most parents are facing the same problems too. But a handful of babies are indeed easier to handle, unlike me. As it is, I bully my maid, my mommy. Am only has this little fear towards Daddy. Those whom I dun fancy - wont have a chance to carry me in arms ~~ unless they force themselves on me which I do detest; especially so since I am still not able to express myself, difficult to complain to Mom. But trust me, I will do that the next time I speak, folks.

Mei Mei can walk!!! At 16 months exactly! And so, we captured this beautiful snapshot of her, standing by our door. The old generation was saying, little babies should start to walk at the age of 12-13 month. If it passes, the next lucky month will be 16th month. Well, whether it's plain coincidence or really the truth, Mei did start walking at the age of 16 months. Not stable yet of course, but it's a good start! Somehow, we just feel that Mei Mei has grown up by this picture. She has grown from a tiny pea to now, looks like a fine young lady to us, whom knows how throw tantrums, babbles to herself & giggles very loudly.

Dermoid Cyst

Mei Mei had went for her appointment on her Dermoid Cyst; at her right eyebrow area. It is pretty obvious as she grows older. The Doctor finally decided to operate on her after Mom & Dad insisted. Honestly, they didnt have a very good impression on the KKH Doctors afterall since Mei Mei's hospitalisation. During the 1st appointment on the dermoid cyst, the doctor was still okay. He explained everything in great details to my 2 old folks...and waited patiently for the 2nd appointment which was supposed to be due in 2 months time. But because the cyst seems to get larger, we had brought forward the appointment date & insisted something to be done straightaway. He only sent Mei Mei for some ultra-scan; which turned out to be fine, PHEW!!! 2nd Doctor SUCKS, I would say! Yes, still at KKH we are talking about.
