Today is the last day of Year 2007! Let us welcome the Year 2008 , may all well wishes come true for everyone in the world, INCLUDING ME!!! I want to have more toys!.. more clothes!.. more milk!.. more food!.. Errr... more.. money? Hee...

Today is my 1st time on Porridge (Pork with carrot). Well, supposed to be a good start for me, but Mummy being superstitious in a way, was not happy afterall as someone was saying this "wah, baby can finish porridge ah!" TWICE in front of me while Mummy was feeding me. Not sure was it mere coincidence; I refused to eat anymore indeed after only a few mouths. Sigh*** Nonetheless, Mummy is not gonna give up. Just that, sometimes we have to believe in the old people's sayings... Never say things about baby in front of the baby him/herself. Well... hope the next porridge feed will be a successful one.. Nowadays Mummy likes to put me in the black Beanie in front of the TV whenever I refuse to sleep in the evening... Today, she puts me in the Beanie again and with ANOTHER Beanie Cap which she had bot last time from Old Navy.. Err, not very matching with my outfit.. DUH!! ! Nevermind... since we are only going nearby to get Mummy's CNY clothes... BUT, I seems to be living in a cold country where is WHITE CHRISTMAS ... with snowflakes all over the place, and Im fully-geared up to withstand the snow... waahahahaaa...

Mummy bot Heinz Rusks for me to try...Its hard and not tasty at all eh. So Im only interested in holding the biscuit and not really BITING it. Opss... looks like Mummy had wasted her money again...

Some of the old people believe when a baby starts to walk early, their road ahead maybe a tough one. Likewise, a baby who starts to walk at a later stage may have a smooth sailing ahead. Well, not to be supersitious but maybe 50%? On average, a baby will start to learn to stand up with assistance at 9months. But I maybe one of the "below average" who started to stand on my cot/playpen/..etc at 7months. I guess because Im too mischievous and wants to explore more of this world. So apparently, Mummy guessed I maybe able to walk without assistance at an early stage. Is the road ahead gonna be tough for me too then? Perhaps I gotta learn thru the "hard ways" in life, and thats how we all learn from mistakes and move on with life. Hopefully, I will be able to accquire this philosophy of life as I grow with my family.

Yes, I had learnt to sit up... but I also love to show my bum bum to others... Seems like I rather climb than crawl nowadays... See the "GOTCHA" which Mummy had gotten below.

Mummy hopes to tell bedtime stories to me as I grow older. So for a start, she let me have a feel of a book = she allows me to bang the book, crush the book... and of course... eat the book. Well well well, I would want to be like Mummy - a person who loves to read.

My flu/cough still not looking good. Mummy decided to bring me back to my PD again. But he was closed for a week. Hence, she had no choice but to seek a second opinion. We went to see Dr Ho, apparently is one of the top PDs in the East region. Well, whatsoever; we still gotta see her because no other doctors Mummy know. This is recommended by Aunty Sammi. I was prescribed 1 cough mixture (stronger dose) and another one for running nose. Both are drowsy. Last one is the course of antibiotics for a week. Illadin (nose drop for temporary relief of blocked nose) = Mummy bought from Watson Pharmacy. As she showed this to Dr Ho; Dr said can only take for 5 days and must stop. Well, Mummy seemed to have learn something new and alot through this "long sickness" of mine... Hope I will recover soon.

I started to learn to stand by "kneeling" in my playpen or cot. Somehow, it is actually "dangerous" for me as I may knock myself to the wooden cot or even fall backwards. So Mummy had instructed maid to put me more in the playpen... So, u guys may realise I am kneeling most of the time in playpen which Mummy dun really "approve" as she feels that boys should not kneel regardless of age and especially as boys get older, their knees are believed to have "gold"... Hahahaa.. There goes again, my S U P E R S T I T I O U S :: M U M M Y

I love the beansprout bolster which Mummy had bought for me way before I was born. She was rather worried I may not like the bolster as it is not like the other soft bolster which usually other babies use. Now, I love to smell my bean-bolster and always happy when I hug it to sleep. The other soft bolster, I perfer to throw all over my cot or playpen... Heehee...

I seems to have a certain liking to things that has buttons... wahahaha... or maybe all the remote controls.. Aircon remote, TV remote, SCV remote... You Name It, I Love It!

This evening, Mummy came back earlier from work to bring me to PD (again?). Since yesterday and today, I had poo-ed 3 times a day. Poo is yellowish and kinda watery. Its not like sticky light brown like last time (sorry for being gross)... Well, PD explained that babies' may suffer some stomach upset due to fever. So he confirmed it is normal for me to poo 3 times for these 2 days. He prescribed some sachets to mix in with my milk once a day. PD also advised to mix only 50% FM instead for the next 2 to 3 days. Say Im drinking 6 scoops of FM to 180ml of water. Mummy has to put 3 sccops to 180ml of water instead. My PD must be wondering why am I visiting him so many times this week. In total, I had seen him thrice for the past 7 days...

Poor me! I got the worst fever of my 6months+ life journey on the earth. Poor Mummy too, as she spent 101% time looking after me. She took 2 days unpaid urgent leave from her company; as she wants to monitor my condition. I took my 6-in-1 Jab + Rotavirus dose on 01DEC. I got the fever on 03DEC late evening... My fever shot up to 38+ degrees! Mummy rushed me to my PD on 04DEC morning; I looked lethargic, sleepy and cranky... PD inserted a min tube, half dosage into my anus. An hour later, my fever subsided. My appetite was not good then. My appetite did not improve on the following ie. 05DEC. I only drank bit of milk now and then, and sleep most of the time. Mummy spent all her time on me at home, looking after me, cleaning me, sponging me for the past 2 days. Today Im much better. Mummy had also gone back to work. Now Aunty Ani (Maid) is looking after me. Hopefully, my appetite will resume normal soon. This was how I looked for the past 2 days...

My 1st Tooth had finally came out today! Well, actually its 1 and 1/2, cos the 2nd tooth was like growing out but only halfway. Mummy tried to take pics of my teeth, but FAILED ! Because I refused to open my mouth for too long.. Arrh, basically I dun like people to open my mouth.. Heehee... But still, Mummy hope to take some shots and post in my blog soon for remembrance.

Mummy bought this Playpen for me from a Baby Shop at Jurong. This cost $109. I dun like to stay in the playpen for too long as I cannot see clearly when I am inside... I will cry non-stop till the maid or Mummy carried me back to my cot... Mummy tried to "train" (AGAIN) to get me acustomed to it... Now, I managed to stay quiet in the playpen for a longer time and even dozed off twice by myself in playpen! Credit goes to my Mummy! Yea!!!

At first, Mummy wanted to get Fisher Price Stacking Rings for me. But she thought plastic may not be really good since I like to take things and bang on the floor; and sometimes will "bang" my own head. She decided to get something soft for me... I did not really like this Disney Stacking Rings initially. Nonetheless, Mummy will try to play with me during the weekends to practice "grip" and "hold" with me.

These are the 2 Elmo Cloth Books which Mummy had ordered for me... She hopes to read them to me every night before bedtime as I grows older... These are my 1st Cloth Books - Where's Elmo / Good Night Elmo.

This Polo Romper was intended for X'Mas Season, but becos I seems to be growing "longer", so Mummy decided to let me wear it before X'Mas.. How do I look? Dashing huh?

Nowadays, my sleeping habits changed again. I still sleep at 6/7pm+ but I started to wake up at 11pm/12am for a feed; went back to sleep... 6am+ will wake up for a brand new day to start. Perhaps I did not get to see Mummy when she is back from work at 7pm+. So I will wake up in the middle of my sleep (which I did not in the past) to see Mummy... and she will feed me, burp me, play with me, then will put me on my bed. I will play on my own and dozed off when I want to sleep. Tonight, Mummy wanted to cuddle me more... so put me on her chest. Guess it was too comfy so I dozed off... (Rubbing Eye...)

Aunty (maid) says that my smile resembles Mummy's...

Time really flies. After Mummy's 6 months of efforts, hard work, "smelly sweat" and tender loving care, I've become a healthy and active bao bao! No doubt I am not as chubby, but maybe I take after my Mummy's slim and tender figure! Hahaha... (ops!)

I like to put all my fingers into my mouth. Mummy finds this action of mine very cute... My teeth is still not out yet... Wonder when will my 1st TOOTH be out?

Nowadays I always have a blur look whenever Im looking at something. Mummy wondered if I will grow up to have this blur look also or I will be blur next time like Mummy... Hahaha... (Sorry, Mummy)

I can crawl! Still need more practice though...

Until now, I still do not know if I really have DOUBLE EYE LIDS... Mummy's double eyelids are "hidden" beneath, so somehow it was "folded inside".. Apparently as of now, I have Mummy's eyes as well as eyelids... This is a close up look of myself... Can u all see the "hidden double eyelids" near the sides of my eyes?

Mummy had not been updating my blog for some time... as she had just started her new job (today is her 5th day at work). She needs to rush back from work to cook dinner. Poor MOM... By the time she gets settled down to sleep, the time is already 10plus. Being a FTWM is really tough, and she wants to spend each minute and second with me always, just like before. So now she gets to play and spend quality time with me for about 15mins before she puts me on my bed. As usual, Im able to sleep on my own. But sometimes if Im naughty, I would want Mummy to hug me to sleep. This is the most recent pic of me - sleepy head...

Nowadays, weather had turned cool... Mummy is worried about me catching a cold whenever we are outdoors... so she got Baby Legs for me! Here are some shots of me wearing the leggings. Do I look cool?

I started to sit on Highchair to have my "meal"... Mummy still have difficulty in feeding me.. I will start to fuss after 5mins. Hopefully I will get used to my highchair.

A clip of my giggles.. drooling away at the same time.. So funny. I learning to sit up on my own too... Hopefully can do it unassisted one day.

Time flies, I am better in crawling now... Hopefully will be able to crawl "properly" soon.

Today, Mummy tried to feed me cereal again... She tricked me... heehee... by using milk bottle to make me open my mouth, so that she can put the spoon into my mouth. So far, I had begin to learn to swallow the cereal... no doubt still quite messy. But overall was a good try; as I managed to finish the whole bowl of cereal... She hopes to see more improvement.

Today, Mummy went down to sign appointment letter with her new company. She's gonna start work on 01Nov... which also means, she'll have lesser time with me... Nonetheless, I know she's earning more money for the sake of me.. So I will support Mummy thru... After that, she dropped by Baby Fox as m gonna outgrow my current fox sleepsuits soon. These are wat she had gotten... She also went Kiddy Palace to get Disney© Pooh Cot Hammock; to put my diapers &teethers. A Recent Snap Of myself... Mummy love this pic as she finds me very cute...

Mummy likes to dress me in RED , her favourite colour as well. Perhaps cos of my fair complexion.. hiak hiak hiak.. thats why she thought I may look good in red.

I had a rather bad running nose and cough since yesterday afternoon. Mummy was worried, so brought me to PD last evening. Was prescribed some medication and K.O. after taking it in the night. Thank god I had slept well till 4am this morning. Throughout the night, I flipped and turned... Mummy had to wipe away the thick mucous near my nostrils on and off... She had a hard time feeding me medicine though. I hope to get well soon! Sobz.

Nowadays Im really learning to crawl. I will lift up my bum bum high up, then shake abit.. and " BOMP ", drop to the bed... Check out my video real soon on my Crawling Lesson... Mummy is trying hard to find a chance to record it down.

As the title says... well. Its my Giggles. Nowadays I began to giggle more. Big Giggles, Small Giggles... Mummy will always smile whenever she hears my giggle. She wants to keep this record so that as she goes back to work, she can always check back this blog of mine, to "de-stress" herself.

Till now, I still dun really like puree food. So Mummy decided to buy some cereal for me to try. However, I still don't quite like the taste. Silly Mummy chose the wrong time to feed me. It was supposed to be my feeding time, but she replaced it with cereal unknowingly. Thus, I just kept bawling non-stop... indirectly telling Mummy - I just want my MILK!!! Anyway, it was a tough experience altogether. I am still not used to solids yet. Mummy just have to keep trying again. This is a pic of the Cereal Im taking currently. Apparently, Heinz does not have any Brown Rice.. Could it be Mummy remembered wrongly?

Im 5 Months Old today!!! Mummy had officially "stop breasfeeding" me. Both Mummy and I missed the latched-on so much. But she needs to go back to workforce soon. So has to stop early to have me get used to full FM Feeding. Well, "good" things only happen once in a lifetime. She had already tried her best to give me as much BM as possible these five months... Still remembered how she had persevered at the very beginning stage of breastfeeding for me. She had faced so much "pressure" from the "outside world"... Despite all the difficulties she had faced, she still carried on.. I guess its already good enough. My Mummy is the GREATEST!!!! She is feeling pretty upset and guilty for not able to endure till 6 months.. Nevertheless, she had learnt that breastfeeding actually makes up a very small part of my baby-hood... The best has yet to come! Another creation of Mummy's.

Mummy had framed up my pic with my pretty Yee Yee. Err... I also want to be in the pic with Yee Yee on her cake-cutting!!! Oh.. Yee Yee made use of me - to have a family potrait.

I was feeling so uncomfortable during this period. I cannot finish my bottle of milk, sometimes I even refuse to latch on. My gums looks tight and red. Mummy is keeping her fingers crossed, to see when will my 1st tooth pop out. Hope this period will be over soon.

Mummy had gotten this Bruin Cell Phone for me. She hung it on my cot. If I am in my bad mood, I will cry if I see it. She also scratched head, dun understand why.

Mummy had not got the time to post as she was busy looking for a job. Let's hope she'll find a job real soon. She definitely will miss me once she goes back to workforce. So, she's spending more time with me now. As usual, every morning the first thing she does is to go to the cot to look at me. Sometimes I will wake up as early as 6am+ or 7am. She loves to look at my Wake-up-Look .

Wow, Mommy had gotten me a Beanie. She specifically chose stripes so that it can match almost all of my outfits. Its material is so soft and I love it!

"May Jie Jie Shannon have the honour to take a pic with me?" Jie Jie Shannon is one of my cousins.. Isnt she pretty yeah? I feel so honoured to have her beside me.

Wow, I just found out I do have a sexy pink lips... do they look kissable?

I had been trying to hold my own bottle nowadays. Today, Mummy decided to let me try. But only for a short while, the bottle drop! Oops!

Today, Mummy had left me on the bed, playing myself. After some time, I dozed off on my own and turned my body to the side to sleep. She was so overjoyed that I no longer need patting or carrying to sleep during the day. That will lessen the maid's burden.

Mummy always had problems in catching glimpses of my giggles on cam as I would show a blur look whenever I looked at the camera. So she did some tricks and here we go. Look some of the snap shots!

Mummy had been playing Flashcards with me since I turned 3months+, say about once or twice weekly. Today, she decided to put some of them on the bed to test my response (instead of flashing the cards to me)... How do I look? Serious in learning, huh...?

As I slowly master the skill of grabbing-things, I started drool alot and love to bite things now. This is the Infantino rings Mummy had bought for me.
