After almost 10 months of hectic and busy schedules, Mommy finally decided to go back to our blog again to paint some colors.. Mommy has been very tired lately. Age is catching up and I realized that Mommy had grown older, and of course with us all growing up now. I'm now 6 and Mei Mei is now 2+..okay, she is 2 years and 7months exactly. Mom thought that Mei Mei would be a better child and easier to look after... But after a year when she turned one, mom realized that she was worse than me... Well, after TWO years passed when she reached the "Terrible Two", mom began to accept the terrible fact that both of us (myself and Mei mei) are on par. And that is to say, I'm very mischievous and she is not anything better than me... Let's have a look at her innocent face.. Don't be deceived by her little girlish look...

Mommy haven't been updating the blog for quite some time because she was to tied with her work. Now she will try her best to update it on a daily basis. Having one - and that's me is still easy. We bought pigeon toothpaste & a small thumb-brush to brush Mei mei's growing teeth & gums. Now she has a total of 8 teeth. 4 bottom and 4 top; at the age of 18+ months.

Mei Mei is v sweet, she loves to feed Daddy & Mommy apples during our quality-dessert time. That's our routine, after dinner - Mom will bath us, thereafter we will all sit down on the carpet to have our apples. She started to bite her own apple as she refused to be fed nowadays. At the same time, she will feed mom & dad. She attempted to feed me but Mom didn't allow. She is worried that I may just bite Mei mei's little tiny fingers. Well, but we really enjoy this small quality time together, especially Mommy, after her hard day at work.

No cheese bread today, so I frowned all the way from home to school. I dont like school bread; thats what I always tell Mom. Well, the bread are prepared by Aunty Lin. This Aunty Lin - Mom's enemy! Hahaha. Sometimes, Mom will forsake her own bread and give hers to me. At times, we will go 7-11 and grab some Gardenia Bun, chocolate, orea or strawberry flavors. This is one of the tantrums which I will throw in the morning. Either I cannot find my socks, or I cannot have the food I want in the morning, or no shirt/shorts found in the usual place for me to change (maid forgets)....

Mom's off-day because of Teacher's Day! As usual, Mom applied annual leave to accompany me as school is closed for a day. She bought 2 big packets of chocolates for me to give to the teachers... Then, we bought 4 gifts - 1 for Form Teacher, the other for Chinese Teacher. The rest of the 2 gifts are for my Principal & the Admin Lady. We will post this nice picture soon :) Today, we paid a visit to the library. As usual, Mom did not allow me to borrow any books. Because we always never fail to forget to return the books back. Ended up, all the overdues piled up. However, this time, I pleaded Mom to allow me to borrow 1 book. So, we borrowed 1 for myself & 1 for Mom herself. Quality time spent - worthwhile for this time.

Today, we went to Mommy's friend house, visit her newborn son. He is so adorable. OK, we didnt take pictures. Mom forgot about it. So, only take some shots of me eating with the girls (Mom friend's daughters). One of them is Sherene. Mom saw the 2 sisters; sitting down and play together. She stopped and wondered; what if both of us are girls? Then the scene of us sitting down quietly will emerged. Well, now for a girl & a boy to play together. Honestly, we all play different stuffs. Furthermore, Mom does not Mei Mei to play all my Toy-Vehicles. She is trying hard to influence Mei Mei to play with Baby, Doll, Cooking, etc. BUT... out our Mei Mei is really rough somehow even though she is so petite... :(

We bought this pair of ping pong table tennis for myself & Mei Mei to play. Well, SGD2.00 from Daiso. Just for fun. At least this is something which I can play with Mei Mei... MOM's intention. Ended up, I played with our maid. All the screaming & shouting, asking the maid to pick the ball. But Mei Mei picked up the ball instead and giggled loudly as we all laughed. She is just a person; whom loves to join in the fun. Whenever we laughed at something, she will laughed also. A jovial girl indeed.

Chanced upon Gap FB Page, saw this little girl. She is so adorable. Mom tried to find the same cap for Mei but only found one at Fax Fashion outlet. Ok, probably need to wait till next year 2013 sping season.

My achievement Book - credits go to Jie Jie Kelly whom had made this nice book for me. She even gotten the GOOD JOB chop & FROWN FACE chop for me. If I get a frown face, I will have a punishment. And that is to write 30 times of the action which I will not do. I got a frown face stamped - so I wrote "I will not be rude to Mommy". Well, it was not nicely written though. Not very neat. And I wrote all the "I" first, followed by the sentences. As I write, I complain about hand tired, I began to count the number of sentences I had written, etc. 20 stamps of good job chop - I'm entitled to a mystery gift.

Finally; mom found a shop that sells miniature clips for Mei Mei's thin hair. At first, she cannot get any. So she just popped into one of the common shops to get her a simple clip. Best of the worst array of choices though. Now she can get it easily at downtown east ehub! A small corner shop selling accessories, looks like much better than Accessorize! Well anyway, here is the clips we bot. Wanted to get more but mom controlled...

I guess I'm the only one who knows how to appreciate Mommy's company newsletter. Newsletter is full of trucks, planes, ships. They are all my favorite. I can sit down at a corner, and read. Don't even want to have my dinner... I even asked mom - are you going bring more back for me next week? But mom said, she will bring back once a month. Yeah, otherwise, our house or rather my room will be filled up papers, magazines again. We are going to pack my drawers real soon, too messy and full of papers everywhere. Mom said I need to prepare for Pri One soon! So, my shelves & drawers need to be neat to have all books & assessments placed properly for easy access.

Mei Mei's finger got pressed by the room door 2 days ago. She cried non stop for almost an hour and get everyone's attention. Even our maid's eyes were wet & felt sad & guilty about it. I guess she was scared too and worried. It was not her fault actually, Mei Mei was playful and accidentally close the door while not realizing her finger was underneath the door which she is gonna close. Because of this, maid massage Mei Mei finger for 2 days. Surprisingly, the blood clot was gone and now, her finger don't look that bad anymore. Can you guys tell from the recovered finger that was bruised in the 1st place?

I spotted these macarons at Cendele last weekend. I bugged mom to buy just one for me but she didn't. After this, mom was feeling rather bad. But, she didn't buy because it's not impossible to get just one but need to buy a packet instead. Perhaps, mom will try Bakerzin for me instead. Probably not as expensive but yet taste better? We shall try one day & give the verdict. My birthday cake next year? Probably macaron cake?!

I received a love letter, from my classmate this morning. I was smiling happily & so is my admirer. Here is a snapshot. Well, love letter but not many words, only a picture of myself & her - Reanne. She was not really blushing when she handed to me. In fact, she felt proud about it....????? Errr... Mom finds it cute though. She didn't know that this little boy of hers has such charisma to attract girls. Yes, alot of girls do like to hang out with me. Mom can see, because the girls always call out to me even when they were at the playground, smiling to me and walked up to me, just to say HI to me. Ooohhhh!!! Is this a smell of trouble or? Mom wouldn't want me to have so much of this luck though.

Mei Mei's official 1st pair of shoes! Po Po "fought" to be the 1st person to get Mei Mei a pair of shoes. She said, grandmother is supposed to buy shoes for grandchildren. So we went to kiddy palace & mothercare as usual. Didn't see any nice ones at mothercare, sad to say. Only @ Kiddy Palace, managed to get a pair of Kitty shoes for Mei. Look, they are really very adorable eh! Originals & quality pretty good. Mom would think that girls' stuffs should have a longer life span than boys. Girls are more gentle in their handling compared to boys. Damage: Less than $30

We went shopping today again. This time, we didn't have a long one though. I was getting very impatient because I'm tired. Actually I do love shopping with mommy because I can go into the changing room with Mommy to give her comments as she tried out the clothes. Of course, it was also a good opportunity for me to rest in the changing room. Only today, I started to fuss and tell Mommy - I want to go home! Mom think kids patience are just like a short fuse. After a time pass, they must have something "new" to keep them occupied. Otherwise, they will bawl & make your day a bad hair day... Handphone games can do the wonders... Similar to iPad. But iPad at a young age for me? It's a no-no. Too young and too pampered. May have adverse effects. I'm contented with just Mom's iPhone. Lol
