Mei 1st-Year Bash Prep II

***CUPCAKES***

Cupcakes will be another highlight during Mei Mei's party. Mom searched high & low and emails and emails... 
FINDINGS...
  • Cupcake Mama is unable to make it because she is full during the month of March.
  • Pine Garden does not make Cupcakes.
    •
  • Patissier Cupcakes; they are unable to accomodate to Mom's requests
  • Cup Of Mini... Nice cakes but cakes are crispy...? More suitable for little kids eh. Party has more adults though.
  • Aunty Yochan; she is able to accomodate Mom's numerous requests but Mom's friend said her cakes are only so-so
  • Divine Cupcakes; didnt respond towards the end of the chain of emails
  • Twelve Cupcakes; should be pretty tasty but not the kind of designs which Mom is looking at
  • Magaret Cookies; yet to try their cakes but probably will plan to do so. They can accomodate to Mom's.
  • Centre Ps; gonna try their cakes after CNY. They are able to accomodate to Mom's.
Does it mean Mom had already shortlisted Magaret Cookies and Centre Ps? Well, we shall see the verdict after CNY...
These are just the key designs which Mom is looking at for now.

Dermoid Cyst

Mei Mei had went for her appointment on her Dermoid Cyst; at her right eyebrow area. It is pretty obvious as she grows older. The Doctor finally decided to operate on her after Mom & Dad insisted. Honestly, they didnt have a very good impression on the KKH Doctors afterall since Mei Mei's hospitalisation. During the 1st appointment on the dermoid cyst, the doctor was still okay. He explained everything in great details to my 2 old folks...and waited patiently for the 2nd appointment which was supposed to be due in 2 months time. But because the cyst seems to get larger, we had brought forward the appointment date & insisted something to be done straightaway. He only sent Mei Mei for some ultra-scan; which turned out to be fine, PHEW!!! 2nd Doctor SUCKS, I would say! Yes, still at KKH we are talking about. DIY ~ wear pants

I attempted to wear my own pants... mission failed twice. Well errrm, I did succeeded once few days ago but Mom didn't have a glimpse of how I did it. Actually, I had been trying to do alot of things on my own. Mom had some article on being over-protective over babies/toddlers which will eventually lead to dependence on parents... So, kids have to get up from a fall by themslves, then they will know they should not "race" when they're not allowed to. They will learn from mistakes.. Momwill had adopted this idea.
