2nd Day of CNY
As usual there is not much thing to blog about during Chinese New Year 1st Day. Its just all about visiting and visiting. Best part is; I was asked to greet my Grandmother (Daddy's Mother) once and thereafter the 2nd time because she "cannot hear me". First; it happened when we arrived their house. Second; it happened again when we were leaving their home. This episode happened during EVE of CNY. Well, what a good start for CNY.
1st Day of CNY itself, it was also Mom's actual birth date. She received numerous birthday greetings on a Chinese New Year Day via Facebook, SMS, Whatsapp Messages... Luckily all these greetings had made her day kinda wonderful at the beginning. She wants to thank everyone!
The only People whom never wished her, of course we all know who. But nevertheless, she is not hard up for them. Let's hope Chinese New Year be over soon!
I wore a shirt with a small tie. Mei Mei wore her Cheongsame of course!
Look, she is starting to learn to stand again!
2nd Day of Chinese New Year was slightly better. We went for a fantastic luncheon at Seafood Paradise @ Singapore Flyer. It was my first time to Singapore Flyer. It was a good meal because we had it with Po Po, Yee Yee & Yee Cheong. Mom just loves the feeling of "being home".
Look, Mei Mei is super busy in her own world... Eating & sucking on things again.
Still wondering why is Mei Mei tooth not emerging yet. Poor little girl, just keep drooling but no tooth at all now.
Just look at her, melts Mom's heart and MY heart. I always tell Mom - I love Mei Mei because she is so cute!
After that, we went to stay around at Po Po house for a while before we head home to rest. Dinner was at some other places which Mom didnt fancy as well. But for the sake of everyone, we just have to be present. That was how we ended our 2 Days of CNY. Be it happy or unhappy... Every year is the same.... Mom, dont be sad. We will be better, much better next time!
