I love Jeans!

Supposed to be one of my Chinese New Year clothes......... But we can't wait that longer because I only have 1 pair of Khaki pants from Crocs. I used to wear it everytime I go out. I loved it.

The other bottoms had been too short for me. Can't fit anymore. Now I had the 2nd pair of long bottoms. We had shopped for quite some time & finally settled with a pair of Jeans with Mothercare. Mom didn't like the ones from Giordano, Fox, Kiddy Palace. Tried and didn't look good on me. We gave Pumpkin Patch a miss because didn't have much time left to shop.

The weird part of me is - I don't really like short bottoms. I prefer long bottoms. So slacks, berms are not my style. Reason? I told Mom innocently that; "Long pants can cover the ugly mosquito bites I had".

Mei Mei can walk!

Mei Mei can walk!!! At 16 months exactly! And so, we captured this beautiful snapshot of her, standing by our door. The old generation was saying, little babies should start to walk at the age of 12-13 month. If it passes, the next lucky month will be 16th month. Well, whether it's plain coincidence or really the truth, Mei did start walking at the age of 16 months. Not stable yet of course, but it's a good start! Somehow, we just feel that Mei Mei has grown up by this picture. She has grown from a tiny pea to now, looks like a fine young lady to us, whom knows how throw tantrums, babbles to herself & giggles very loudly.

Dermoid Cyst

Mei Mei had went for her appointment on her Dermoid Cyst; at her right eyebrow area. It is pretty obvious as she grows older. The Doctor finally decided to operate on her after Mom & Dad insisted. Honestly, they didnt have a very good impression on the KKH Doctors afterall since Mei Mei's hospitalisation. During the 1st appointment on the dermoid cyst, the doctor was still okay. He explained everything in great details to my 2 old folks...and waited patiently for the 2nd appointment which was supposed to be due in 2 months time. But because the cyst seems to get larger, we had brought forward the appointment date & insisted something to be done straightaway. He only sent Mei Mei for some ultra-scan; which turned out to be fine, PHEW!!! 2nd Doctor SUCKS, I would say! Yes, still at KKH we are talking about.
