Mozzie --Sshh

BY the look of it, we all know this is a suer irritating creature. And well, I am probably one of their favourites preys.. On certain occasions, I get poked by them and seriously, the bite is always somewhat "posionous" as it will swell up to the extreme. Just like recently, this small little bite swell up on my neck & leg, as if I have some kind of a BIG lump.. I was taken to my doc and prescribed with some med and cream.


Initially, Mom wanted to use some anti-mozzie cream but she hesitated. Somehow, she feels skeptical about it and decides not to. So, bites will come and go I guess. Suspecting I got bitten at home and should be in the maid's room. ****Sigh****

Mei Mei can walk!

Mei Mei can walk!!! At 16 months exactly! And so, we captured this beautiful snapshot of her, standing by our door. The old generation was saying, little babies should start to walk at the age of 12-13 month. If it passes, the next lucky month will be 16th month. Well, whether it's plain coincidence or really the truth, Mei did start walking at the age of 16 months. Not stable yet of course, but it's a good start! Somehow, we just feel that Mei Mei has grown up by this picture. She has grown from a tiny pea to now, looks like a fine young lady to us, whom knows how throw tantrums, babbles to herself & giggles very loudly.

Dermoid Cyst

Mei Mei had went for her appointment on her Dermoid Cyst; at her right eyebrow area. It is pretty obvious as she grows older. The Doctor finally decided to operate on her after Mom & Dad insisted. Honestly, they didnt have a very good impression on the KKH Doctors afterall since Mei Mei's hospitalisation. During the 1st appointment on the dermoid cyst, the doctor was still okay. He explained everything in great details to my 2 old folks...and waited patiently for the 2nd appointment which was supposed to be due in 2 months time. But because the cyst seems to get larger, we had brought forward the appointment date & insisted something to be done straightaway. He only sent Mei Mei for some ultra-scan; which turned out to be fine, PHEW!!! 2nd Doctor SUCKS, I would say! Yes, still at KKH we are talking about.
