This morning, my fever went up again... So mom has no choice but to bring me to doc again for antibiotics. Actually, its not always good to have antibiotics for babies but seems no choice as my fever has persisted for 4 days straight, including today. Well, I looked bored and lethargic while waiting for the doc to come just now. Mom tried to coax me to laugh.. as it really pains her so much to see myself in such a state. Anyway, she swears - she will be extra d**m careful in future even if its meant to be fussy.

I've caught a fever virus.. suspected from last week BBQ due to my own person hygiene.. Fever comes and goes, didnt subside much though. Mom was worried and brought me to doc yesterday night. Fever medication needs to be administered every 3 hours, Poor mommy only slept for an hour or so. As Mom took my temperature almost every hour, I picked it up and did the same... hilarious huh.

A good habit to start off - reading at young age. Nowadays, I like to take a book and ask Mommy to read or play with me... She is glad to see this interest of mine, be it just merely having fun with books or really an interest in them. A good start anyway.

Earlier on, we went to Daddy's company BBQ... I ate a few nuggets there; bite twice to portion and gobbled them in... As usual, my panicky Mommy tried to take out some from my mouth... Thats really gross. Anyway, I enjoyed myself very much as its the first time, Mommy let me walk and play on my own.. but of course, her eyes were always on me still.

My 1st time at the Barber was a bad experience as I kept crying... I was sitting on Mommy's lap while the barber shaved my hair... Well, Daddy thought I look better in this style, rather than the messy hair since I had such little hair growth. This is the 1st step to Chinese New Year preparation.

M e r r y C h r i s t m a s E v e r y o n e ! I had my xmas celebration with the birds at Jurong Bird Park .. It looks like a big place but actual fact its rather compact. We took abt 2hrs plus to finish the whole park. Weather was fine so we enjoyed very much under the cooling climate. To start the day off, we had a dear breakfast at Bongo Burgers . Afterwhich, we began to sweep almost every corner of the park. Here are some shots taken... Today is supposed to be my 2nd Xmas but since I was only 7mths old then, of course I didnt know wat is xmas even though I was wearing some xmas hat. Anyway, we didnt have xmas dinner as usual with others but within ourselves instead. It was a mini spread of food, simple xmas dinner. But I enjoyed it very much. Mom & Dad made a dear trip to Cold Storage - a day before for the ingredients . And this is the final spread... Dipped in Gravox gravy... With Daddy-baked Brownie, topped with vanilla ice-cream & touch of caramel sauce Myself enjoying yummy food We had gained much experience from preparation to cooking our own xmas dinner. Next year, it will be better with more varieties...

This morning, I went for a short orientation at Bright Kids (childcare). Well, the teachers are friendly as they briefed Mommy on quite a number of things... We all went for a walk round the neighbourhood at 9am. As Mommy tagged along, I didnt want any teachers to hold my hand, neither do I want Mommy to hold my hand. So at first thought, she got worried since I will be on my own on 02Jan without her. Teachers convinced her; that all toddlers are the same. Once their Mommies are not around, they will be left with no choice but to hold the teachers' hands. After a good 30mins, we went back to the centre to wash hands. Some of the olders kids would wash their hands and style their hair... thats a funny scene though when they are only a year or 2 older than me. Right after this, I started to play on my own... and of course the teachers tried to lure me to some playground (indoor) and toy blocks... As I was enjoying myself, Mommy sneaked out and nowhere to be found. She went home; left...

Mommy took half day leave today to check on our mini renovation of our toilet (master room). Well, the whole house is dusty of course. The contractors had to change the waterproofing of our toilet as our neighbour (downstairs) lodged a complaint on their leaking ceiling. Anyway, they share the costs with us and we have nothing to lose, except some bucks.
