So much about Barbie

Mom & Dad had a small commotion over Mei Mei birthday cake. Actually, mom had wanted a perfect Barbie doll theme party. But Daddy didn't quite buy the idea somehow but initially follow suit. But at this point of time, they are still looking for the right Barbie doll, this is somehow a piss off to dad as they spent a month looking for it, and Mom still didn't find the right one.

Here are some which Mom fancies but Daddy said the Barbie face should look have a princess-look face.

Well, actually after a month of searching high n low, mom got quite tired but just didn't want to give up so easily. But looking today, she finally come to terms to this, & accepted the fact that she herself is too fussy - and hence no matter how hard she tried, she may just not be able to find the right Barbie face, right hair, with right eyes & eye shadows, yes - eye shadows on Barbie's eyelids must not be too bright, loud colours... And finding the right lips shape, lipstick colour, blusher... And oh yeah, hair color is important too. See, now that we lay out all her criteria, we already know what type of fussy mommy I have.

So she put off the idea (finally) and move on. She contacted the same chef - Hannah & discuss further on the birthday cake. Check out our next post on Cake discussion.

Dermoid Cyst

Mei Mei had went for her appointment on her Dermoid Cyst; at her right eyebrow area. It is pretty obvious as she grows older. The Doctor finally decided to operate on her after Mom & Dad insisted. Honestly, they didnt have a very good impression on the KKH Doctors afterall since Mei Mei's hospitalisation. During the 1st appointment on the dermoid cyst, the doctor was still okay. He explained everything in great details to my 2 old folks...and waited patiently for the 2nd appointment which was supposed to be due in 2 months time. But because the cyst seems to get larger, we had brought forward the appointment date & insisted something to be done straightaway. He only sent Mei Mei for some ultra-scan; which turned out to be fine, PHEW!!! 2nd Doctor SUCKS, I would say! Yes, still at KKH we are talking about. DIY ~ wear pants

I attempted to wear my own pants... mission failed twice. Well errrm, I did succeeded once few days ago but Mom didn't have a glimpse of how I did it. Actually, I had been trying to do alot of things on my own. Mom had some article on being over-protective over babies/toddlers which will eventually lead to dependence on parents... So, kids have to get up from a fall by themslves, then they will know they should not "race" when they're not allowed to. They will learn from mistakes.. Momwill had adopted this idea.
